Near 20 terrorists have been killed in the (*20*) and Naushki operations introduced the army’s media wing on Saturday following the completion of the clearance operation by the security forces.
“A total of 20 terrorists were killed during Panjgur and Naushki operations. Security forces have completed the clearance operation today,” stated the Inter Companies Public Relations (ISPR)
The army’s media wing stated that the terrorists had attacked security forces’ camps at Naushki and (*20*) late night on February 2. Each the assaults have been “repulsed successfully by prompt response from troops” at each areas, it added.

“In Naushki, nine terrorists were killed. Four security forces personnel, including an officer, embraced martyrdom during shoot out with terrorists while repulsing terrorist attack at Naushki. In Panjgur, security forces repulsed the terrorist attack after intense exchange of fire and terrorists fled from area,” stated the ISPR.
The army’s media wing shared that the security forces carried out a clearance operation to search out the hiding terrorists in the realm.
“Four fleeing terrorists were killed at Panjgur while four terrorists were encircled the next day by security forces. All encircled terrorists were killed in today’s operation as they failed to surrender,” stated the ISPR.
Throughout the operation, 5 troopers, together with a junior commissioned officer, have been martyred and 6 troopers have been injured throughout the follow-up operations at (*20*) that lasted 72 hours.

The ISPR stated that three terrorists linked to the assaults have been killed on Friday, together with the 2 high-value targets at Balgatar in Kech in a follow-up clearance operation performed at a “makeshift terrorist hideout”.
“Our security forces stand firm and resolutely committed to eliminating the menace of terrorism from our soil no matter what the cost,” vowed the ISPR.
